Nandurbar lad shines
in India as he scores first prize in the Elocution competition.
Some people know how
to write, some know how to draw, how to sing and how to dance. Some people are
born talented. And Kushal is no exception. His magnificent speaking skills and
art of delivering the message to the audience have brought him fame at a very
young age.
His strong voice and
convincing tone attract the audience and want them to listen to him for hours.
The perfection in the elocution and the content gives special treats to the
ears of the listener. Starting the elocution with his full name address and
then the topic, with his magic of words in the middle and ending the same with
a thoughtful question to make audiences think about his performance is his
style.
His name is Kushal NitinKumar Mali from Navapur District Nandurbar. He is currently studying in
the 5th standard. He was in 4th standard when the root of his art began
growing. He started his passion when the lockdown started and then never looked
back. He participated in various competitions across India and Maharashtra.
When he started it was
just a hobby but soon his father and mother knew that he may be a prodigy. So
upon guidance from his mother Neelima and father Nitin, he was ready to hustle
in various competitions. And soon after that, the certificates started piling
up and also the meddles.
Every newspaper local
as well as state-level printed his achievements whenever he shined bright. He
has spoken on various topics such as environmental sanitation, thoughts of
freedom fighters, social workers, and general knowledge.
His achievements
don’t stop here. He completed the challenge of 90 days 90 topics and succeeded
in that. His father and mother are his biggest supporter and they also help him
compile the content for his elocution. Every day he is preparing on new topics
and tries to participate in as many competitions as he can. He has received a
whopping amount of 1,10,000 INR.
He has participated
in 3 national championships and has won 2 of them at 1st place and one at 2nd
place. His first elocution was on rivers in various terrains of India. He has
been awarded by his school as well as various famous people from the district.
Up to this day, he
won 48 titles with first prize!!! Isn’t that amazing? From the district where
illiteracy is a major problem and comprehended throughout Maharashtra as an
illiterate district, this boy made his name in various parts of the state and
country too.
His speaking skills
exceeded the expectations of father and mother and surely made everyone
proud. He plans on continuing his adventure and making everyone
proud in the coming days.
Cheers to his
achievements and all the very best to him.

The online education system existed way before the covid crisis but after the corona crisis, the need for online education increased drastically. Everyone faced many problems and was disappointed because of the changing trends in the conventional education system.
The students in various schools were
having online classes and facing many problems. Students stated that there were
problems in joining the online lectures, some of the students would forget to
turn off the mic and were unable to hear correctly thus affecting their
learning abilities.
Many students believed that online
education lacked discipline and in physical settings, the teacher's presence
would have more discipline.
Many of the students thought that
online education comes at a cost of the reduction of interaction and social
bonding.
At first, the students appreciated the
online education system but afterward, they started to miss their friends and
the conventional education system.
But also many students said that rather
than sitting ducks they understood something new and online education made them
understand that this is the future of education. They are happy that they can
choose their teacher and also were able to pay the fees for what they have been
learning.
Doubt solving was easier because
students were easily able to watch videos again and again and also the 24-hour
assistance.
Overall online education is somewhat
getting positive as well as negative feedback from the students.
No doubt, online education has certain features that perhaps a
traditional classroom set-up does not.
Our teachers enhanced the experience for us by making full use of the
digital medium. assessments of students have become more frequent, which means
instructors can track each student’s progress and intervene as needed.
At the same time, the online mode of instruction also allows each
student to work at his/her own pace. Greater (and improved) access to
instructors and classmates via online chat and less likelihood of outside
scheduling conflicts can contribute to elevating the educational experience.
Students weren’t required to wear our uniforms (which made them quite
happy) and the sessions were quite interactive, with live discussions. However
our screen time has increased, which means that we need to cut back on some of
the time we’d have spent on video games, television, or our smartphones.
Now the offline classes of the students from 9th to
12th standard have begun. But the online class system has been quite successful.
Exams are, of course, important. It is essential to
encourage, badger, and harass teens into doing their best at school. The key is
to make them see that exam results are important. That is how we measure
and assess the skills and understanding of the subjects we learn. But we
cannot view exam results as life-defining.
Many young people see this as the moment when they
have to decide what they will do with their lives. Then they need to go about
attaining the results to make it happen. It is not difficult for them wrongly
believe a bad decision or poor results will stick with them forever.
In short, they may well feel high school exams and
exam results present a decision and assessment which will determine whether
they have a life of success and fulfillment or one of failure and misery.
Whether the results you obtain are good or poor,
that doesn't mean your journey ends there. The way how some students
think is that the results represent their future and decision.
Yes, the pressure is real! Especially for a big exam
like NEET Or JEE we use the result as a ticket for us to do the career.
This educational debate has been going on forever.
Besides on-paper achievements, you may need other skills to be successful.
Everyone has their definition of success.
However, we cannot take it for granted. Below are
the reasons why you need to build your mindset to work smart and hard to
achieve good exam results.
Your success doesn't depend on the marks you scored
in your academic period but it depends on the effort hard work and consistency.

In
this rush life, everyone deserves a companion. But not everyone can take care
of the pets. So everyone thinks of pets with low maintenance. So if you want to
know which pets are with lower maintenance, this post is especially for you.
So
stay sharp and enjoy till last, I’m sure you will not regret it.
1. Budgie Bird
The
little budgie bird is the most common and beloved pet after the legendary dogs
and cats. It also ranks high amongst the low maintenance pets. These tiny birds
are very cute and very easy to keep. Also, they are inexpensive and available
in all pet stores. These birds can sing and also make cute sounds if trained
properly.
Since
they are small they require a small cage and also their food is available at a cheap
cost. 2 of them can solve their isolation problem too. They cost 400-500 Rs,
and their life span is from 4 years to 15 years.
2. Mice
Well,
we all know mice are harmful and how they have spread the diseases in the past.
But you will be surprised to know that mice are intelligent and social animals.
Also, they are quite small and easy to manage. They require a small cage. Also,
they are quite loyal and independent.
They
have a life span of 2-3 years. Also, they cost minimal (200 INR).
3. Hamsters
Hamsters
are the cutest and prettiest small rodents for your children. They are so small
that they can fit your palm. They are quite fun-loving and active. The most
common are Chinese hamsters, dwarf hamsters. These pets are nocturnal and get
active when the kids are around.
Hamsters
are easy to look after. They need water and food every day. They require
something entertaining. They also like the hamster wheels. Their life span is 2
years.
They
cost around 500-1000 INR depending on the breed.
4. Guinea Pigs
Guinea
Pigs are very lovely and affectionate.
Also known for their cuteness. When you first see them, they seem like
big hamsters. But they are much more active than hamsters. Also, they are
gentle and caring. After spending time with them you can know when they are
sad, happy or angry. They can be fed vegetables and fruits.
Their
average life span is around 6 years. And they cost around 600 INR.
5. GoldFish
Enough
about rodents and pigs ;) Goldfishes also rank high when it comes to low
maintenance. Goldfishes are the most common and most demanded among fish and
aquarium lovers. They don’t require a large tank. Also, they make quite a mess
while eating so you need to clean the fishbowl periodically.
They
are small in size so a medium-size bowl will do enough. Children spend hours
looking at their golden tails. Their food is available at a very cheap rate.
Also, you have to feed in a small amount two times a day.
Their
average life span is about 5-6 years. They cost from 20-200 INR.
So
what do you think about the pets above? Ready to adopt one? Let us know in the

Hello there readers !!!
It's been so long since my last post.
So how's positivity working out for you? For me, it has been one of the best experiences so far!
We love how some things work on their own for us and make our life memorable. Don't you think it's some force keeping us in check? It's the mysterious energy around us.
So I was thinking of an incident which happened in my college days. One of my friends suggested to me the book which was about positive thinking. And at first, I was like no way this is possible! So he said you should try something practical.
So he said, think about something you want to eat. I thought of the apple. Then he said imagine that apple and think that you are gonna have it. So I thought like that and then after some days magic happened, one day one of my friends gave me an apple.
I was so amazed at how quickly I experienced this positive force.
So the meaning of this post is sooner or later you are gonna get this experience.
One way or another you will have the success you have been waiting for.
Just work for it and don't look back.
