The Morning




 Have you ever wondered why people in the motivational seminars and the famous speakers urge people to wake up early in the morning?

Morning time is special because it gives us the energy we require throughout the day. Upon waking up in the morning I found myself  happy and joyful. I found out that I was able to perform many more tasks. And I was happy because I was able to study and motivate myself.

When I started waking up early it was difficult. But the key to get successful in waking up early is when you wake up you have to jump from the bed. After waking up is you remain in the bed, your thoughts turn towards sleeping more. But if you jump out from the bed you will find yourself fully awake.

The night-time sleep is important in order to wake up early. The more peacefully you sleep the more you are able to wake up in the morning. 

Sleeping full 8 hours is a Myth. Sleep according to your body habbit and try sleeping in your comfort. 

Perks of waking up early-

1. Plenty of time for self improvisation

2. Healthy living

3. Time for hobbies

4. Time for the loved ones

5. Time for learning
