
On the Occasion of the World Mental Health, we are trying to shed some light on the condition of the mental illness patient. It's very difficult for us to cope up with mental illnesses. Because of the social stigma and the mechanism of the society we live in.
So what do we do? We should open up about the inner conflicts we face with the ones who we trust and we can improve our mental health just by being more social and doing what we love.
When we were children we were so happy doing what we love and not giving a damn about the world. But now burdened by the expectation of the society we somehow lost the ability to be happy without any reason.
Why should we care about the world when we love what we are doing. We should be joyful and cheerful for the life we've been given and we should thank our friends and the family who made it all possible.
If we expect to get loved then we should offer love to someone in need. Everyone has their hardships and bad times. All we need is love support and care in order to keep out inner peace.
Mental peace is essential for one's wellbeing. As it affects the physical condition of the individual as well as the people around him.
- Nurture the people around us.
- shower them with love.
- always be supportive.
- the more you give the more you get.
- mental illness is a state of mind not a demise of soul.
